Evolution theory of profit in the context of development economic science

This article is devoted to the evolution of the theory of profit from ancient times to our days. The paper examines the studies of representatives of various economic schools on the problem of determining the essence of profit and the sources of its formation. The article demonstrates how the idea of the profits of scientists with the development of economics has been modified.
