In order to study nanostructures, physicists carry out natural experiments, but with the spread of computer technology a new method of research is becoming increasingly popular - computer experiment. For such type of experiment a special computer model is developed which reflects the properties of an object. All further researches are based on it. The relevance of a computer experiment among scientists has gained popularity, while they were previously used to verify the results of the natural experiment; nowadays a series of computer experiments is carried out first, after which decisions on the natural experiment are made. Researches in the field of nanostructures are of enormous scientific importance because of the discoveries made in this area, which will increase the durability and lifetime of the produced materials, as well as reduce the period of their development. Materials with new properties involve the creation of a new technology, increase in efficiency and improvement on the quality of life.
