Evolution of legislative regulation of real rights of women in Russia (XVII - the beginning of the XIX century)

The article is devoted to the analysis of the evolution of the legislative regulation of real rights of women and the ways of their acquisition. The author finds that a high level of free possession of in rem rights in Russia at the legislative level, was achieved in several stages and is a consequence of preservation prior to the beginning of the XIX century the time-honoured legal tradition.
