Evolution of protection of rights of participants of sharing construction

The article says about the ways of attracting individuals’ money for housing construction in the post-Soviet period. It also considers the issues of housing cooperatives and the ways how to solve them. Analyzed the causes of the problem of «hoodwinked investors». It is concluded that bank financing, which is scheduled to be introduced from July 1, 2019, may not so much protect the interests of real estate investors as slow the pace of construction in the country.
