This article discusses the need to improve the means of relaxation and recovery for university cadets of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. In a given context, practices such as yoga and Pilates are revealed. In this regard, their influence on increasing stress resistance, getting rid of tension and fatigue, as well as increasing their energy, improving coordination and endurance is justified. In addition, yoga and Pilates contribute to improving mental well - being by helping cadets cope with negative emotions, improve their emotional stability and self - control. This can be especially useful in difficult situations that they may encounter in their professional activities. In conclusion, the article concludes that the importance of integrating yoga and Pilates practices into the educational process of cadets of the Ministry of Internal Affairs universities can become an effective means of supporting their physical and emotional health, as well as increasing their overall productivity and efficiency.
