The south of Russia as a space for realization of the young athletes’ life strategies: expert judgment

Basing upon empirical data of depth interviews with heads of Sport Federation of the Rostov Region and the South of Russia and coordinators of physical education and sport movements in the region the author reviews specific features of the South of Russia as a space for realization of the young athletes’ life strategies according to the parameters of sport traditions, financing, state of sport infrastructure, human resources, and participation of the regional authorities.
