UNESCO and Russian regions in the system of international relations

The author examines the international activities of the regions of the Russian Federation on the example of the collaboration of the Russian regions with UNESCO. The analysis shows that projects implemented by Russian regions jointly with the Organization create an attractive and positive image of the Russian Federation in the international community.
