Legal argumentation in resolving legal disputes and conflicts

The article examines the legal argumentation in the resolution of legal disputes and conflicts. The importance and significance of possession of argumentation skills for a lawyer is emphasized. The lexical, stylistic, compositional, semantic argumentative means of legal argumentation are highlighted. It is noted that the argumentation in resolving legal disputes and conflicts can be presented in two directions: confirmation of one’s own position and refutation of the position of the opposite side.
