The legal facts in legal reality

Purpose: The presented article is sent for consideration of concept and properties of the legal facts. Methodology: The author applied a formal-legal method. Results: In work properties of the legal facts in civil science are analyzed, importance of statement of a question of functions of the legal facts that is rather new in the theory of the right is noted. It is known that the legal fact forms the bases for emergence, change or the termination of any legal relationship. In this sense the legal fact is allocated with the following functional properties: by means of the legal facts forecasting of behavior of the subjects participating in legal regulation of the public relations is carried out. Novelty/originality/value: The scientific value of work consists in consideration of important theoretical questions of civil science.
