Legal entities as an object of criminal victimology

The article considers the possibility of studying a legal entity as an object of studying criminal victimology. The author considers various points of view regarding the recognition of a legal entity as a victim of a crime (victim of a crime). Arguments and substantiates his point of view on the issue under consideration on the example of environmental crimes.
