Legal professional community

The author of the article deals with the concept of legal professional community and the characteristics of discourse of its members. Legal discourse is interpreted as a product of institutional activities of the professional community whose members generate and interpret the phenomena of reality based on their professional experience and expertise. Professional discourse is analyzed in comparison with the discourse of lay persons who produce utterances based on their phenomenological experiences and knowledge.
