The jurisdiction of military courts in the special legal regimes

The article discusses rather complicated and pressing issues of procedural nature - the jurisdiction of military courts in the conditions of special legal regimes, considering the fact that these issues are not regulated enough by the current procedural legislation. On the basis of the procedural legislation development in Russia the author comes to the conclusion that when defining the jurisdiction of military courts in conditions of special legal regimes the matters of constitutional protection of human and civil rights are crucial, the limitation of these rights in extreme conditions should be minimal, reasonable and temporary.
