Juvenile journalism in the system of mass communications

The article is devoted to the phenomenon of juvenile journalism which has communication and social adaptation of children and teenagers as its basis. Its place in the system of mass communications is found. It is for the first time that juvenile journalism is given a definition, which allows marking it out as a specific area of children's journalism. Characteristics of juvenile journalism are revealed and described on the example of the printed media.
