On Russian state 1150 formation anniversary: Russian civilization as a basis for Russia state-legal development (issues)

2012 is the year of the 1150 th Russian statehood origin anniversary. In order to consolidate Russian society by RF Presidential Decree of March 3, 2011 № 267 “On celebrating the 1150 th Russian statehood origin anniversary” the program of the main activities on preparation and holding this state anniversary, including the need for further research on various state-legal Russia development issues is defined. In this article, the author, on the base of the previous research, makes an attempt to identify a number of key themes (problems) in the evaluation of the genesis and formation of the Russian civilization as the basis for the national statehood development.
