On the 90th anniversary of Klara Trofimovna Zandanova

On October 4, 2024, veteran of higher physical and mathematical education of Buryatia, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor, Honored Worker of Education of the Republic of Buryatia Klara Trofimovna Zandanova celebrates her 90th anniversary. Klara Trofimovna spent most of her career at Department for General Physics (today's Department for General and Theoretical Physics at Institute of Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science) of Buryat State Pedagogical Institute, which was later transformed into Dorzhi Banzarov Buryat State University. Many generations of students know her as a professional teacher. Klara Trofimovna’s scientific research is devoted to the shear elasticity of liquids under various deformations. She defended dissertation at the Institute of Physical Chemistry of the USSR Academy of Sciences under the supervision of the well-known Academician Boris Vladimirovich Deryagin.
