On the actual question of prevention of bribe receiving by employees of criminal executive inspections of the Federal Service for the Enforcement of Punishment: criminal legal and criminological aspects

The problem of corruption in the modern world is quite relevant, since in Russian society corruption has penetrated into all spheres of life of citizens. Within the framework of this article, the authors examine the features of the corruption orientation in the activities of employees of the penitentiary inspections of the Federal Penitentiary Service. According to statistical data, corruption crimes in the penitentiary inspections of the Federal Penitentiary Service are quite common. In this regard, the Federal Penitentiary Service is conducting a large-scale fight against corruption. The authors of the article consider and analyze in detail the composition of crimes with a corruption focus in the penitentiary institution of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, provide judicial practice in such cases, consider and study the identity of the criminal-bribe taker - an employee of the penitentiary institute of the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Russian Federation. In the article, the authors propose an expanded list of measures aimed at minimizing the facts of receiving bribes: finalization of the system of mandatory declaration of income and property of employees; use of video surveillance indoors, etc. The authors conclude that the current negative situation associated with bribery in the Penitentiary Institute of the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Russian Federation cannot be considered normal. The implementation of the measures outlined in the article to prevent the receipt of bribes by employees of the penitentiary institution of the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Russian Federation may reduce the number of corruption manifestations.
