To the anthecological study of some species Verbascum l

We studied the anthecological feature of some Verbascum species (V. phoeniceum, V. nigrum, V. thapsus, V. densiflorum). It is connected to the night blooming rythm of flowers and heteroantheria: different functional significance of stamens in the same flower. The flowers are characterized with high pollen fertility and high percentage of fruit set after free pollination.
