To the attribution of photo documents by E. G. Pchelina in the funds of the RSDFPA (regarding research by M. I. Kravchuk)

The note presents a response to the report of M. I. Kravchuk “Photo documents of the expeditions of E. G. Pchelina in the funds of the RSDFPA (1924-1930)” at the “IIIrd Pchelina Readings” (St. Petersburg, October 25, 2021) and her catalog of photo collections of ethnographic expeditions “North Caucasus”, published in 2020. Clarifications and additions to the author’s individual conclusions made on the basis of archival materials from the E. G. Pchelina’s Personal Fond at the ARAN SPbF and other sources are proposed, the contents of the catalog and the convenience of its practical use by specialists and history lovers are considered.
