Towards Eurasian cooperation, overcoming obstacles through official explanations

The article deals with topical issues of introducing a mechanism for providing official explanations in the activities of the Eurasian Economic Commission. Various ways of optimal solution are proposed to provide explanations of the provisions of technical regulations. The article analyzes the experience of Russian legislation and the search for a new approach to regulating the handling of products supplied to the EAEU market, taking into account the interests of all interested parties.
