The study of the helminth fauna of the sand lizard of the Mordovia Nature Reserve, begun in 2014, was continued. In May 2019 21 individuals of Lacerta agilis were examined. Only one species of helminth was registered in reptiles - nematode Oswaldocruzia filiformis . The extensiveness of the invasion of lizards was 33.3%, the intensity of invasion was 1-12 specimens, and the parasite abundance index was 2.0 specimens. By present time the helminth fauna of sand lizard of the Mordovia Nature Reserve consist of 3 species of parasites. Systematic position, localization, places of detection and geographical distribution are indicated for helminths.
