The study of the helminth fauna of the viviparous lizard is continued in the Mordovian State Nature Reserve. In June 2019, 16 individuals of Zootoca vivipara were examined. Two species of parasites were recorded in reptiles: the trematode Plagiorchis elegans and the nematode Oswaldocruzia filiformis . To date, the helminth fauna of the viviparous lizard of the fauna of the Mordovian reserve includes 4 species of parasitic worms. For helminths, their systematic position, localization, places of detection and geographical distribution are indicated.
