The methodology of economic evaluation of the optimal choice of a profession

The article considers the methodological questions of the analysis and evaluation process of vocational choice in the context of the company's resources in the future. The main attention is paid to system and optimal aspects of choice of profession. The latter are characterized by the structural interaction of economic resources aimed at a specific profession in the future. Economic mechanism for the use of society's resources is investigated from the point of view of improving the mechanism of regulation of the labor market, prospects of development of professions and of unemployment.
