Evaluating the nature of the ruling communist party of the PRC

On July 1, 2016 the Chinese Communist Party reached the age of 95 years, and for 67 years of those, it has been the ruling party. Its ruling-party status has never been revised in resolutions of any CCP congress, but the party authority at all levels regularly recognize the timeliness of conducting the political reform that would extend to the given institute as well. To define the nature of the CCP institute, the author approbates application of the three methodological approaches - the formational, institutional and civilization-related ones.
