Towards the definition of territorial social community

General idea of territorial community can be defined as an aggregate of population who are living permanently at a certain territory and having common relations towards this territory being utilized. To the territorial communities belong the population of territorial settlements: cities, villages, certain regions of some cities as well as more complex territorial-administrative formations: region, district, state, province, federation, etc.
