Construction of a model of knowledge communications in a modern city public library

The article examines the process of development of a model of knowledge communications in a public library team. The authors analyze the information needs of librarians, as well as the types of corporate culture that can be formed in libraries and become the factors of the modeling. Research results which determine the level of readiness of librarians to participate in the formation of knowledge communications in their team are presented.
