To the problem of the Bargut’s ethnogenesis

The article deals with the data of the medieval turkic and Mnese historical sources on the tribal community of bairku/bayegu, who lived in the transitional zone from the northern Mongolia to Baikal and Transbaikal in the I millennium BC and questions of their identification with the Mongol Barguts, inhabitants of the historical acumen named Bargud-jin-Tokum (II millennium BC). Studies the problems of the Turkic-Mongolian relations in this region, the problem of ethnoevolution and ethnotransformation of the ethnosies of the late Middle Ages.
