To problems in the treatment of benign mammary dysplasia combined with uterine myoma

The relevance of breast diseases due to their steady growth throughout the world. A crucial role in the development of breast diseases and hyperplastic processes of the uterus belongs progesterone-deficient states in which excess estrogen causes proliferation of hormone-dependent tissues. It is still not a unified model of pathogenetic therapy of benign breast disease and uterine myoma, recommending the practitioner of rational choice of medication. It is not clear is the question of adequate duration of therapy. Undoubtedly, the treatment should be comprehensive, long-term, take into account the hormonal, metabolic characteristics of the patient, its co-morbidities. The aim of this study was the development and justification of therapeutic measures for women suffering dyshormonal mammary dysplasia in combination with uterine fibroids after surgery. Conducted conservative treatment can improve the quality of life of patients with concomitant diseases of the mammary glands and genitals by 43,4 %, reduce the frequency of progression and recurrence of dyshormonal mammary dysplasia in patients with uterine fibroids from 36,7 to 15,9 %.
