To the problem of development of national political leadership in Kyrgyzstan

In the article the author deals with the questions of political leadership in the Republic of Kirghiziya. He allocated specificity of leadership in the sphere of political management, which is peculiar to kyrgyz national mentality. The interrelation of existing political elite, methods of realization of political leadership with failures of reforms in the conditions of a transition period are revealed in the article. Necessity of transformation of political leadership within the limits of the Kirghiz society is proved by the author
