More on the problem of technogenic safety of electrical installations at facilities

The article analyses of the state of electrical safety at the facilities. On the basis of statistical data, it reveals the occurrence of electrical injuries during the operation of electrical installations. Electrical injuries at industrial and agricultural facilities are technogenic threat, as well ashome accidents, accompanied by explosions and fires in electrical equipment, electrified mechanisms, devices, units. Basing on organizational and technical measures shortcomings are described in the use of electrical engineering. The article determines a set of organizational and technical measures for the safe use of electrical installations. It characterises the state of the electrical safety system and a structural model of electrotrauma. A probabilistic assessment of the occurrence of electrical trauma is obtained based on the conditions of the development of a dangerous situation. The ways of increasing the level of electrical safety are determined. The authers indicate types of discrete states of the safety system of electrical installations, their interaction, transition from one state to another.
