On the problem of implementing the register of birth and nursing of premature babies for socio-economic and clinical research in the Republic of Bashkortostan

The article deals with the problem of introducing birth registers and nursing of premature babies for socio-economic and clinical research in the Republic of Bashkortostan. The review of birth and nursing registers of premature babies is given on the examples of economically developed countries of the world. Information and analytical system of medical monitoring and accounting of expenses for nursing and treatment of newborns born with VLBW and ELBW is presented in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
