The article is a review of the modern re-edition of the collection “Change of Milestones”, first published in Prague in 1921. The collection “Change of Milestones” became an important intellectual event in the life of the Russian post-Revolutionary emigration and Soviet Russia. Its authors and, above all, N. V. Ustryalov acted as the creators of the ideology of National Bolshevism. National Bolshevism was an attempt to recognize the Revolution that took place in Russia from national, patriotic, nonCommunist positions. Ustryalov developed his version of the concept of the bourgeois Thermidor of the Soviet Revolution. In the post-Soviet period, the collection was rarely reprinted. Researchers in the 1990s and 2000s most often perceived his ideas negatively. This was also prompted by the tragic fate of the participants in the collection, who died during the years of repression in the 1930s. At the same time, the modern era allows for a more multifaceted and difficult assessment of National Bolshevism and its role in the history of Soviet Russia. The new edition of “Changes of Milestones” is provided with a preface by Yu. V. Pushchaev and an afterword by M. A. Kolerov, which provide an overview of the ideas of Smenovekhovsty, their research, and also fit them into the context of modernity.
