Approaches to creating a map of atmospheric and water ecological situations in the Jewish autonomous region

The ecological situation in the Jewish Autonomous Region depends overall on the complex of local geographical features and the nature of anthropogenic activities. The article discusses aspects of mapping atmospheric and water ecological situations, as well as ways to display them on maps, in order to apply these methods to create a map of the ecological state of the Jewish Autonomous Region on a scale of 1:1 000 000. The author emphasizes the need for aggregation and visualization of geospatial data when creating thematic maps.
