Towards a strategy for the formation of the Eurasian noospheric civilization

The way to the creation of the Eurasian Ecological Civilization lies, according to the author, through the formation of the commonwealth of Orthodox and Muslim peoples, the Russian-Islamic Civilizational Union, the development of Slavic-Turkic synergy. This direction of strategic interaction of our cultures can rely on the doctrine of the noosphere as a strategy for the development of mankind.
