By variant anatomy of the colon

The paper presents data on one of their variants of the position and shape of the sigmoid colon. A comparison of data obtained by the authors, on the topography and the linear dimensions of the various parts of the colon if megacolon, with previously published. The authors found that the total length of the colon as well as the length and diameter of the sigmoid colon, the corpse of men surveyed 56 years, higher than the corresponding figures given in the literature. The paper deals with the etiology of this disease.
