In article guestions of the budgetary of municipalities of rural settlements are investigated. On the example of municipal rural settlements Belovskogo District of Kemerovo Region demonstrated the possibility solving this problem by integration. Conclusion is drawn that under existing legislation is one of the ways to improve the financial support of local government.
