On the issue of deviation of civil servants

The article deals with the problems of deviation in public administration that modern society is facing. In addition, it was concluded that deviations in public administration systems are a problem of officials not fulfilling their official duties. Corruption, as one of the types of deviation of civil servants, is a major danger to society, as it is an ineradicable and global management problem.
