To the question of gathering of operately significant information on the Internet: problems and ways of their solution

The article discusses the problems of legal, organizational, tactical, technical and methodological support of the activities of operational units of the internal affairs bodies for obtaining operatively significant information about persons preparing, committing or committing crimes using the information and communication network Internet. The author proposes an algorithm for solving one of the urgent modern problems of operational-search activity - deanonymization of the Internet user in order to protect society and the state from criminal encroachments.
