To the question of forming ecological and economic system of sustainable development on the basis of ensuring the quality of innovation

In the presented article, the authors tried to consider the mechanism for improving the product quality management system and the introduction of innovative products, examined changes in approaches to the formation of management systems by overcoming the socio-ecological and economic crisis, which allows us to consider the multi-stage development of the ecosystem as a kind of process. The basis of this approach is to indicate the mission of functioning on the basis of ensuring the quality of products (services). Based on the study of the main models of sustainable development of ecosystems, their theoretical features and problems of application in practice. The need for companies with state participation to form a support system for the development and implementation of innovative development programs leads to the idea that the creation of an innovative property fund to support small organizations engaged in innovative activities becomes a thoughtful solution to the issue of sustainable development based on ensuring the quality of innovation. The figures of official statistics characterizing the development of innovations in the economy of the Volgograd region were presented. Growth and increase in competitive status is possible on the basis of achieving sustainable development as a factor in ensuring economic stability. The structure of the process of increment of competitive status includes progressive elements on the basis of a balance between growth and depletion of natural resources. Despite the versatility of indicators, to assess the competitiveness of capital, we propose the indicator «Assessment of the growth of value of an economic entity».
