About of high-quality financial support for the socio-economic development of the region: the city of Sevastopol

There are issues of increasing the efficiency of financial support for the development of the Subjects of the Federation are examined on the example of Sevastopol in a scientific article by Crimean authors. The essence of the financial mechanism is studied, the subsystem of which is the financial security mechanism, and a theoretically presented scheme of the relationship of financial security, financial regulation and the financial viability of socio-economic development. The authors highlighted such possible sources of financial support for the region as self-financing, lending, budget financing, investment and others. It is advisable to consider financial support for development as a process of forming financial resources with a view to their further distribution and use to finance the socio-economic development of the territory. The study focuses on the study of the financial security of a particular region using the example of Sevastopol.
