On the availability of vacant jobs in the context of rising unemployment

The article examined the causes of vacant jobs in the context of rising unemployment, analyzed the dynamics of the number of unemployed and employed in working age, and raised the problems of hidden unemployment in the context of the coronavirus pandemic. On the basis of a synthesis of the results of the study, measures had been proposed to stabilize unemployment in Russia.
