Some of the problems of circulation of lands of agricultural purpose

The article deals with the problem of non-demand for agricultural land. The author analyzes the reasons for non-use of land shares, estimates of domestic experts and ways to solve this problem. The author concludes that there is a need for a clearer and broader legal regulation of the turnover and use of agricultural land.
