On pricing in the building industry Russia

The authors of the article analyze the collections of enlarged standards for the price of construction, approved by the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation in 2011, by comparing them with previously published similar collections. The possibilities of their application in the field of construction and in the assessment of real estate are considered. The conclusion is made that these collections cannot be applied either in construction practice or in the evaluation of real estate objects because of the lack of all the main technical and economic indicators of analogous objects, inaccuracies, methodological errors and inconsistencies with the current approved regulatory documents in the field pricing in construction.
