The digital transformation of the russian economy

This article is devoted to the main issues of digitalization of the Russian economy. The article provides an overview of the regulatory documents regulating the development of the digital economy and the implementation of the national program "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation", analyzes the impact of the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic on investment activities and the development of digital transformation in Russian companies.
