To the question of the activity of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation

The state authorities of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Russian Federation) according to the constitutional principle of separation of powers have three areas of activity: legislative (representative), executive and judicial. The legislative (representative) bodies of the Russian Federation are the Federal Assembly, which, according to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, includes the Federation Council and the State Duma, and the legislative bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
