To the question of activities of the Russian author's society

This article contains a list of the results of intellectual activity under legal protection. The author considers the activities of the Russian copyright society, designed to protect the authors’ rights to the results of intellectual activity. Examples of rates of royalties, as well as materials of judicial practice for the protection of copyright are given.
