To the question of diagnosing mobile energetic means for agricultural purpose

The occurrence of failures of mobile energy facilities for agricultural purposes, especially equipment that is used seasonally, leads to an increase in the material and time costs for their elimination and reduces the reliability of machines. It is advisable to monitor diagnostic parameters for as many systems, units and assemblies of a technical object as possible. Condition monitoring is also necessary for agricultural machinery drives. The factors influencing the resource of the V-belt transmission, as well as the performance of the belt are presented. The influence of focal wear of the sidewalls and uniform lateral wear of the belt on slipping is shown. Diagnosis of internal damage is carried out by assessing the vibrations of the leading branch using a recorder and a sensor of its displacement. The results of spectral analysis at various values of lateral wear and defective cords of a belt, as well as a diagram of the functioning of the diagnostic system with input, derivative and calculated diagnostic values are presented. The initial values of frequencies and amplitudes of a certain belt after the completion of the running process are used as the nominal value of the parameter for the diagnostic system.
