Concerning spiritual and cultural development of youth in the European countries

The article discusses some aspects of the spiritual and cultural development of a young person, which supposes learning of the civil values by education, sociocultural integration, solidarity, tolerance, and multicultural environment. For the formation of the civic consciousness also required conditions for promotion of the youth activities for democracy, political freedoms, and human rights supported by the government.
