On the issue of actual marital relation

The author considers issues that arise in connection with the widespread occurrence of actual marital relations. The negative effects of actual marriages are shown. Some legal and moral issues that partners face are considered. Different points of view on the legal regulation of cohabitation are presented. The conclusion is made that the legal regulation of such relations is inappropriate and the need to form a conscious attitude to family values among young people.
