The modern economy is experiencing a critical stage of development. One of the drivers of its growth in the medium term may be the implementation of cluster initiatives. But for their implementation, significant investment resources are required, the deficit of which hinders economic growth. The article substantiates the need for closer coordination of investment and cluster policies implemented by the state.
