To the question of the forms of cooperation of the nomads of Mongolia

The article is devoted to the social aspects of the modernization of the Mongolian nomadic society. The profound transformations taking place in it are connected with the emerging contradictions of the adaptation of the nomadic economy to market conditions. The traditional economy of the nomadic population exists and develops in a competitive environment. Official forms of cooperation between individual households are increasingly replacing informal associations of nomads, based on traditional ideas, norms and institutions of mutual assistance.
